On October 1, 2026, Ferndale, Michigan-based adult-products distributor Nalpac announced it has acquired Holiday Products, a distributor in Chatsworth, California, adding it to Nalpac's distribution network. XBIZ and AVN both reported the deal. Terms were not disclosed. Nalpac already bought Tempe, Arizona-based boutique distributor Entrenue in 2023. With Holiday added, the group serves retailers and manufacturing partners from three US warehouses: Michigan, Arizona and California.

Why It Matters

Wholesale distribution rarely gets attention, but for independent adult boutiques it largely determines what lands on the shelf and how fast. Consolidation among US distributors means fewer, larger buyers controlling which manufacturers get placement. That gives brands fewer doors to knock on. Retailers gain broader catalogs but less leverage on price and terms. A West Coast warehouse also shortens ship times to California, the largest US retail market for the category, and does it in the weeks before holiday ordering peaks. The deal also fits a pattern visible in this week's Luvu Brands 10-K, where dropship and wholesale growth beat direct-to-consumer. The middle of the supply chain is where scale is building, which makes logistics-heavy distributors more attractive to acquire. Watch whether other legacy family-run distributors follow Holiday's lead and sell to consolidators rather than handing the business to the next generation.

Nalpac says Holiday brings "a veteran sales and purchasing team, strong customer relationships, and longstanding manufacturer partnerships." Its Chatsworth location "strengthens the group's West Coast presence and creates greater flexibility in inventory, fulfillment and customer service." Director of marketing and strategic partnership Phoebe Grott credited Holiday founders Moe and Loren Levy, saying the deal brings "together the strengths of our teams while honoring the legacy" they built. Director of sales Kelsey Harris said Nalpac looks forward "to supporting their customers and growing together." Nalpac will roll out its "proven technology and operational processes" at Holiday to improve inventory management and fulfillment. It says Holiday customers will see no interruption in shipping or service and will be told as changes take effect.

AVN notes that Nalpac has been under new ownership since 2017 and describes its strategy since then as investing in "people, technology and operations to modernize services." Buying Entrenue and now Holiday makes it a regional roll-up of independent distributors.
