Between September 22 and September 25, 2026, two more strokers molded from named adult performers shipped into the trade — enough cadence to read the creator-licensed sleeve as a standing product line rather than an occasional novelty.
Why It Matters
Creator licensing solves the hardest problem in the male pleasure segment, which is not engineering — it's demand generation. A stroker has no meaningful brand loyalty and almost no addressable advertising channel; a performer with an existing audience arrives with both. The deal structure effectively converts an adult creator's fanbase into a hardware distribution channel, and converts a commodity sleeve into a product with a story, at the cost of a royalty. That is a far better trade than buying ads no platform will sell you. The strategic wrinkle is that Kiiroo's version does something Tantaly's doesn't: FeelTyler plugs into Keon, PowerShot and PowerBlow and syncs to interactive content, which means the licensed sleeve isn't just merchandise — it's an on-ramp into a teledildonics ecosystem where the performer's own content can drive the device. That's the same content-attach logic Lovense has been running through cam-platform integrations and Blush has been running through AI-avatar personas. Expect the sleeve-plus-sync bundle, not the standalone mold, to be where this category actually monetises. And expect the porosity question to eventually become a positioning fight: the first brand to ship performer-molded sleeves in platinum-cure silicone at a defensible price gets to sell "hygienic" as a feature. On September 22, Amsterdam-based Kiiroo debuted FeelTyler, a stroker sleeve modelled on performer Tyler Wisby's anatomy and added to its FeelStars range. The sleeve carries three named internal texture zones — Suction Turbine, Throb Vault and Turbo Vortex — and is compatible with Kiiroo's Keon, PowerShot and PowerBlow hardware, meaning it can be synced to interactive adult content rather than used purely manually. "Tyler has a real connection with her fans, and that is exactly what makes the FeelStars collection work," said Kiiroo CEO Toon Timmermans. "She was part of every step of this product." Wisby's own pitch leaned on the texture spec: "I got to choose what goes on inside, so it really has my touch all the way through." Kiiroo's FeelStars collection page describes the line as "molded strokers created with real adult performers," sorted so buyers can compare by feel, shape and sensation.
On September 25, Tantaly launched what it describes as creator Melena Maria Rya's first signature pocket pussy, molded 1:1 from her body in soft TPE. "I was genuinely surprised when I first saw the finished product — every detail was captured so accurately," Rya said. "For years, I've connected with my fans through the screen, and now they can finally hold that reality in their own hands."
The pattern is now well established. Afterglow tracked five torso-doll launches in three days in mid-September, including a Tantaly stroker molded from creator Destiny on September 11 — meaning Tantaly has shipped two performer-licensed sleeves inside a fortnight. Kiiroo has been building FeelStars since at least early 2026, when it launched the Feel Luxy Dutch sleeve on the same architecture.
Two material notes are worth flagging for buyers. Kiiroo's FeelStars sleeves are TPE, as is the Tantaly Rya mold — thermoplastic elastomer is soft and cheap to cast from a body scan, which is exactly why the segment uses it, but it is porous and cannot be fully sterilised. Neither launch announcement published a price, and neither product has independent hands-on review coverage at time of writing.

From the dental-impression chair to reality TV. Doc Johnson has partnered with 90 Day Fiancé star Kara Leona on a toy molded from her anatomy, according to Complex (September 23) and a follow-up syndicated on Yahoo (September 28). Citing TMZ, both describe Leona filming the alginate molding process with the production team. Leona's adult-content career was a storyline in the collapse of her TLC marriage, and she appears in Season 2 of 90 Day: Hunt for Love, which premieres October 5. Neither report gives pricing, materials or a launch date.
Read: Performer-molded licensing, which this story has tracked through Kiiroo's FeelTyler and Tantaly's Melena Maria Rya line, is extending past adult performers to mainstream reality-TV names with creator-platform audiences. A legacy manufacturer like Doc Johnson attaching the product to a premiere date shows that the molded-replica SKU now works as celebrity merchandise as well as a niche collectible. The same caveat applies: without published materials, check whether it's silicone or porous TPE before buying.
