On October 19, 2026, European trade outlet EAN reported that distributor SCALA now carries the Autoblow VacuPump, a "pumping and pleasure machine" that combines a vacuum penis pump with Autoblow's VacuGlide stroking system. Autoblow's own store lists it as a pre-order shipping November 18, with a $699 retail price, a $499 launch price and a $399 presale price with a code. The box includes the control unit, a pumping cylinder and one VacuGlide receiver. It also works with the rest of the VacuGlide accessory line and, through Autoblow's Universal Vacuum Cap, with Fleshlight-sized strokers.
Why It Matters
Most pleasure-device "platforms" are closed apps such as Lovense Remote and FeelConnect, and integration requires a partnership. Autoblow is going the other way: **open pressure telemetry plus a public SDK** means hobbyists, VR studios and interactive-content sites can drive the hardware directly. This follows the playbook that built the [Handy's](/stories/handy-stripchat-tip-sync-public-rooms) developer community. It also raises the security and privacy stakes we've flagged for [connected devices](/stories/lovense-solace-ai-nvidia-jetson). A Wi-Fi-connected vacuum device with a scriptable API needs firmware-level safety limits that third-party code cannot override. Autoblow's on-device 17 inHg cap and hardware emergency release are the specs that matter. They should be independently tested before anyone markets "workouts." Commercially, the product takes a men's category that has been low-margin and medicalized (vacuum pumps sit next to ED aids) and pushes it into **premium connected hardware**, like [Arcwave](/stories/arcwave-zing-stroker-guide) and [LELO's F2S](/stories/lelo-f2s-double-sonic-guide) in strokers. Autoblow has also stacked several attach-rate sources on one device: VacuGlide accessories, synced content and AI personas. The EU distribution deal through SCALA ahead of the U.S. ship date shows wholesale is willing to stock it.The hardware is more advanced than a typical pump. Autoblow lists an anodized aluminum case, a 20 L/min pump, a patent-pending three-valve airflow system, a colour LCD with a rotary dial, and a pressure sensor read "dozens of times a second" so the device can hold a target vacuum and top it up automatically. There are four on-device modes (Manual, Pulse, Workouts, Stroke), 10 preloaded workout routines, a ceiling of 17 inHg, gentle vacuum ramping and an emergency release button. The company says every mode runs on the device with no app or account. Connecting to Wi-Fi opens a browser-based web app (no download) for custom routines and Autoblow's synced "pumping videos." It also enables the AI boyfriend and girlfriend personas Autoblow already uses on VacuGlide and the Autoblow Ultra. The warranty is one year.
The most unusual line on the spec sheet is aimed at developers: "The API is 100% open." Autoblow says every mode and every live pressure reading can be scripted through an open HTTP API and a JavaScript SDK published on npm, the same API its own web app uses. There are no independent hands-on reviews yet. Everything above comes from Autoblow's product page and the SCALA/EAN distribution notice.
