The Fleshlight Universal Launch is what most people mean when they say "the Fleshlight Launch" — a $199.95 motorized, automated stroker that holds and drives a standard Fleshlight sleeve through up to 250 strokes per minute. It is the current production successor to the original Kiiroo-made Fleshlight Launch that was discontinued in 2019, and it's the device that turned hands-free stroking into a mainstream category.
Under the shell, the Universal Launch offers four variable stroke lengths (up to roughly 2.5 inches), three positional pleasure zones spanning base, shaft, and tip, and a universal ratcheting mount that fits Fleshlight sleeves plus most third-party cased strokers — with the caveat that non-Fleshlight use voids the warranty. A smartphone mount is included for VR and interactive-video sync through Feel Connect and FeelVR, which means the device will drive in real-time alongside content from Pornhub Interactive, SLR, and other major VR adult platforms. Charging takes about 90 minutes for roughly an hour of runtime, and the device can also run plugged into the wall. Total footprint is 14 inches without the phone mount, 15.25 with it.
Materials are PC, ABS plastic, and silicone on the body; the sleeve is sold separately (or bundled at $329.95). The Launch itself is not waterproof — the motor housing rules that out — but the removable sleeve washes easily. Reviewer sentiment is divided in predictable ways. PleasurePicks and Dexires have both scored it around 8.9/10 for raw power, stroke range, and the quality of the interactive-content sync; the consistent complaints are noise (audible through doors) and weight (the device is not subtle). Future of Sex's review of the original generation praised the Feel Connect ecosystem as the single biggest reason to buy over a manual stroker.
Who should buy this?
Buy the Universal Launch if you want genuine hands-free automation and you're interested in interactive VR or video content. Skip it if you want quiet operation, bathtub waterproofing, or an all-in-one purchase — the $199 price gets you the device only, with sleeves sold separately. Also note: search specifically for "Universal Launch," not "Fleshlight Launch," to avoid landing on the discontinued 2017 model.
